I had a bit of lemon glaze left over from the scones that I made over the weekend and I didn't want it to go to waste. I was also hankering for a corn cake so I found this recipe and my taste buds rejoiced. It was such an amazing recipe, I didn't have to change a thing. I know this isn't a fancy food shot nor is it showcasing it's mouthwatering taste. But you have to trust me on this. It's delicious and moist and corny and lemony and nutty. It's friggin' delicious!
